Prioritisation
To ensure we are focussing on projects that generate the most value, we use a prioritisation scorecard and matrix that guides us in understanding how to prioritise the initiatives based on value to the customer, business, and ease to implement.
We collaborate with colleagues from around the business to establish which ideas will create the most value. Our prioritisation matrix tool allows us to understand what we should focus on first and what we should focus on later.
