Artur Gerber functions as the Managing Director of TUI BLUE since its founding in 2015. His expertise is built on many years of experience, lastly as Managing Director at HMS International Hotel GmbH (Maritim Hotels).

Born and raised in Germany and working primarily in the headquarter of TUI BLUE in Hanover, he speaks native German and English fluently.

Jano Martin joined the TUI as intern in Group Controlling in 2009. In the following years he worked in the Controlling and Operations Support at TUI AG and eventually became Hotel Portfolio Manager at TUI AG. Since 2015 he is in the function of the Managing Director at TUI BLUE.

Based in Hanover, Germany and working primarily from the headquarter of TUI BLUE there, he speaks native German and English fluently.

Louise Bates functions as the Managing Director of TUI BLUE since 2019. However, her TUI journey started in 1997 already. After various positions at TUI UK such as Product & Marketing, Overseas Operations and Merger Integration, she joined TUI Travel and eventually worked for Group Purchasing and Hotel Concepts at TUI Group.

Living in London, working from our UK headquarter, she speaks English fluently.

Since 2021, Wesam Okasha functions as the head of global development Asia, Greater China & EMEA regions for TUI BLUE. He already fully contributed as senior development advisor to TUI and Robinson brands for many years before, introducing more than 65 opportunities with local joint venture partners for equity placement abroad.

Having acted as senior consultant in different mergers & acquisitions catering-projects before, such as in the role of the vice president sales & services for the emerging markets region for Lufthansa, he owns extensive experience & exceptional relationships within the emerging markets.

Working primarily from Dubai, leading our new TUI BLUE office there, he is fluent in Arabic, English, German, French, Spanish and also conversant in Italian and Hebrew.

Huilian Duan joined TUI BLUE in 2021 leading the brand expansion in the region. Prior positions such as the Managing Director of Webin International focusing on hotel project development, pre-opening, operations, and asset management; the VP Sales & Marketing for Maritim Hotels Asia, where she directs all marketing and sales strategies, overseeing consumer and field marketing activities, advertising & public relations and business development in Asia. Huilian is also hosting a position as of the President Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Greater China.

Based in Hong Kong, she speaks native Chinese and English fluently.

Natascha Kreye joined the TUI Group in 2007 as Trainee in Group Communications. Today she is the spokesperson for the hotel segment at TUI.
